Where were the other Bratz characters?

It strikes me how many of the Bratz characters weren't in the shows or movies. And if they were it was only brief. Meygan, Dana, Nevra, Bryce, Fianna, Koby, and Cade weren't really there after Starrin and Stylin. Meygan did appear in Bratz Kidz Sleepover Adventure but only as a kid and never a teen. Dana is also in the same movie I think and is mentioned in the show a few times but that's it. Bryce is shown in Genie Magic but we don't see him in the sequel. Fianna is only in Trading Faces. What do you think? I think it may have been budget.
